STYLING SERVICES REFUND POLICY
Hey there, Fabulous!
I’m thrilled to have you on this styling journey with me. I want to make sure you have the best experience possible, so here’s the scoop on my refund policy:
Wardrobe Session and On-Set Styling:
Life Happens: I get it—sometimes things come up. If you need to reschedule your wardrobe session or brand photo session on-set styling, please give me at least 48 hours' notice. We’ll find a new time that works for both of us.
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, I’m happy to reschedule at no extra cost, but no refunds will be issued.
No Shows: If you don’t show up for your session without prior notice, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. Let’s keep the communication open!
Personalized Digital Style Guide:
Change of Heart: Unfortunately, once you’ve submitted your order for a style guide, I cannot offer a refund. But don’t worry, I’m here to make sure you love it! If you have any questions or need tweaks, just reach out, and we’ll make it perfect together.
